We are so excited for the opportunity to have you join us at our upcoming Spirit & Sol Festival Event!

This is important even if you have attended our events in the past as details can change with each event depending on the venue.
We have 3 participation options that you may choose from:
1. Class Instructor Only – Free
2. Vendor Partner with Table – $95 Fee
3. Dual Partner | Instructor & Vendor Partner – $47.50 Fee (50% Discount when you teach a class)
** Please note and be prepared: In order to complete this registration with a vendor table selection, your table fee will need to be paid today (Payment link provided further in the registration process.)
Please note that all vendor fees are non-refundable!! In the event of cancellation because of weather, you will be given a refund of 50%. This is due to the fees associated with organizing the event. Advertising and promotional costs, venue fees, etc.
Partnership Expectations:
- Space is first come, first serve. We intend to limit the amount of vendors and classes being offered with similar products/services so discretion will be used here. All vendors and instructors will be screened for relevancy to this event. Vendors and Instructors should be limited to holistic practitioners and healers, readers, metaphysical supplies/gifts/crafts, wellness, trainers etc.
- You are responsible for bringing your own tables and canopy (Up to 10 x 10)
- Setup will be available starting at 8:00am the day of the event. Please do not start tear down until 4:00pm.
- If you would like to contribute $30 toward the advertising fund, 100% will be spent on additional advertising.
Advertising for this event will be done via social media (FB and IG). Your name, website (or social media), and a brief description of your products or services will be featured on our Facebook event page description.
We would love your help with the promotion of this event as well.
